CART-A-VISION TERMS OF SERVICE — Last Updated: July 28, 2026. By accessing or using the Cart-A-Vision website, storefront, valuation tools, trade-in services, Value Guides, marketplace, or purchasing products from Cart-A-Vision, you agree to these Terms of Service. Cart-A-Vision is a retro video game, trading card, and collectibles marketplace committed to transparent pricing, accurate information, authenticity, and fair dealing. You must be at least 18 years old or use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. All products, listings, descriptions, photographs, conditions, prices, market values, and availability are provided in good faith based on information available to Cart-A-Vision at the time of listing, but may change without notice. Cart-A-Vision makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition, completeness, authenticity, and characteristics of products; however, collectible products may have individual variations, wear, aging, or characteristics that are difficult to fully represent online. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are subject to availability. Cart-A-Vision reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors, modify or cancel orders, limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel transactions when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized purchasing activity, inventory errors, or other circumstances that may affect the integrity of the marketplace. Market values, comparable sales, Value Guide pages, pricing information, and valuation tools provided by Cart-A-Vision are informational estimates and are not guarantees of a sale price, resale value, or purchase offer. Market value may vary based on condition, completeness, authenticity, edition, region, demand, timing, marketplace fees, and other factors. A market valuation is not the same as a Cart-A-Vision trade-in offer. Trade-in offers reflect the amount Cart-A-Vision is willing to pay to acquire an item and may account for expected resale value, processing, authentication, operating costs, inventory risk, and other factors. Cart-A-Vision may provide preliminary trade-in estimates based on information submitted by a customer, but all trade-ins are subject to inspection and verification. Cart-A-Vision may request photographs, additional information, or physical inspection before issuing a final offer. Final offers may be adjusted or declined if items received differ materially from the information provided, including differences in condition, completeness, authenticity, functionality, edition, region, or other relevant characteristics. Cart-A-Vision reserves the right to decline counterfeit, altered, stolen, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited items. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items submitted for trade are lawfully owned and may be legally transferred. Cart-A-Vision does not knowingly purchase or sell counterfeit products and uses reasonable inspection and authentication procedures appropriate to the products being evaluated; however, no authentication process can guarantee detection of every possible counterfeit or undiscovered alteration. If Cart-A-Vision determines that an item sold by us is materially misrepresented or counterfeit, we will work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution under our applicable return and refund policies. Customers may be offered a choice between cash and Cart-A-Vision store credit, with the applicable values presented at the time of the transaction. Store credit is intended for use toward eligible purchases through Cart-A-Vision, is not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law, and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless otherwise permitted by Cart-A-Vision or required by law. Store credit may be subject to expiration, account, fraud-prevention, or other reasonable restrictions where permitted by law. Cart-A-Vision reserves the right to investigate and void fraudulent, duplicated, improperly issued, or unlawfully obtained store credit. Customers who submit collection information, PriceCharting URLs, photographs, item lists, or other information through our trade-in or valuation tools represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge and understand that Cart-A-Vision may use such information to evaluate potential trade-ins and provide estimates. Cart-A-Vision does not guarantee that information submitted by a customer will result in a purchase offer or transaction. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders and submitted information for accuracy before completing a transaction. Orders are not final until accepted and confirmed by Cart-A-Vision. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside Cart-A-Vision’s control. Risk of loss and title transfer according to applicable law and the specific terms of the transaction. Customers should review applicable shipping, return, refund, and trade-in policies before completing a transaction. Cart-A-Vision may offer products subject to limited quantities, community pricing, or purchase restrictions. Cart-A-Vision may impose reasonable quantity limits based on customer, household, account, payment method, shipping address, or other criteria and may cancel or limit orders that appear to circumvent purchase limits, use automated purchasing systems, involve fraudulent activity, or are reasonably believed to be intended primarily for commercial resale. Products designated by Cart-A-Vision as “Not for Resale,” “Community Release,” or similar represent Cart-A-Vision’s intended use and purchasing policy and do not create a legal restriction on a purchaser’s ability to resell a product where such resale is otherwise permitted by law. Cart-A-Vision may operate waitlists for sold-out or unavailable products. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee that a product will become available or that a customer will receive an offer to purchase. Product availability may change at any time. Cart-A-Vision may use third-party services, marketplaces, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics providers, and other platforms to operate its business. Cart-A-Vision is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, outages, or practices of third-party services, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when appropriate. All content on the Cart-A-Vision website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, Value Guides, original valuation information, software, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cart-A-Vision and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Cart-A-Vision may link to or reference third-party websites or services and does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, or content of third-party websites. Customers may not use Cart-A-Vision’s website or services for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, harassment, unauthorized automated access, scraping that violates applicable law or technical restrictions, attempts to circumvent purchase limits, submission of false information, or any activity that could damage or interfere with Cart-A-Vision or its customers. Cart-A-Vision reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel transactions, restrict access, or refuse service when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect Cart-A-Vision, its customers, or the integrity of its marketplace. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cart-A-Vision provides its website, valuation tools, Value Guides, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of market data, or that valuation estimates will match future sale prices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cart-A-Vision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its website, services, products, valuations, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cart-A-Vision and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the customer’s unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Cart-A-Vision’s services, except to the extent caused by Cart-A-Vision’s own unlawful conduct or negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Illinois law and any legally required consumer protections. Cart-A-Vision may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted to the website unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Cart-A-Vision’s website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with Cart-A-Vision’s applicable Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Trade-In Policy, and other policies referenced on the website, constitute the agreement governing your use of Cart-A-Vision’s services.
